HGM Core is a hollow glass microspheres manufacturer and exporter offering 10 engineered grades — from ultra-light 0.13 g/cm³ spheres for emulsion explosives to 83 MPa high-strength grades for deepwater buoyancy. Every grade ships with a batch certificate of analysis; technical and safety datasheets are available on request.
A filler is only as good as what it survives. Our grades are engineered around the four things formulators actually check: how much weight they remove, how much pressure they take, how little resin they demand, and how consistent they are lot to lot.
Replacing heavy mineral fillers with hollow spheres removes kilos without removing performance. At densities as low as 0.13 g/cm³, a modest loading cuts part weight sharply while the formulation keeps its volume, coverage, and handling.
A lightweight filler is useless if it crushes in the mixer. Our grades are rated from 3.5 to 83 MPa (500–12,000 psi), so you can match crush strength to your compounding, pumping, or deepwater service pressure — and verify it in the technical data.
High filler loading usually means high resin demand. Hollow spheres keep viscosity manageable at high loading, so you reach target loading with less resin per kilo of filler — cutting both weight and formulation cost.
Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis covering true density, particle size, and flotation rate, so the grade you qualify in the lab is the grade you receive in the container — lot after lot.
Ten engineered grades covering the full working band from ultra-light to ultra-strong. Pick your density, check the crush strength, confirm with the TDS.

All grades: pH 7–9, flotation ≥ 95%, softening point ≥ 600 °C. Typical uses are guidance only — confirm grade selection against the TDS and your own tests.

If your formulation is built around imported glass bubbles, you don’t need to reformulate to cut cost. HGM Core grades span the same working bands — 0.13 to 0.62 g/cm³ in density, 500 to 12,000 psi in crush strength. Compare our published datasheets against the grade you use today, run samples through your own qualification tests, and decide on data.

HGM Core is operated by Bengbu Mifan Technology Co., Ltd., an independent exporter of hollow glass microspheres based in Bengbu, Anhui. Our manufacturing partner is Anhui Kaisheng Basic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. — and we want to be clear about what that means: we are not the factory’s sales department, and we don’t present ourselves as one. What the partnership gives you: direct access to factory QC data, batch certificates of analysis, and manufacturer documentation for qualified buyers. What we add: English-language technical support, export handling, and consolidated sea freight from Shanghai, Qingdao, or Lianyungang.

Short answers to the questions buyers ask before requesting samples or a quote.
Hollow glass microspheres are lightweight, hollow glass spheres used as functional fillers to cut weight and improve performance in emulsion explosives, buoyancy and syntactic foam, oil well cementing, paints and coatings, lightweight composites, and adhesives and sealants. They add volume while lowering density, and high-strength grades survive demanding processing and deepwater pressure.
Start from the density your formulation needs, then pick a crush strength that survives your mixing, pumping, or service pressure — the grade table above maps all 10 grades by density and strength. Confirm your shortlist against the TDS and run samples through your own tests before committing to a volume order.
No. Our hollow glass microspheres are classified as non-dangerous goods and ship as ordinary cargo. Marine transport appraisal report NO.202600133777148 confirms they are non-restricted goods and the IMDG Code does not apply.
In most cases, yes. HGM Core grades span the same working bands — 0.13 to 0.62 g/cm³ in density and 500 to 12,000 psi in crush strength. Compare our published datasheets with the grade you use today, then run samples through your own qualification tests and decide on data.
Every shipment includes a batch certificate of analysis (COA); technical datasheets (TDS) and safety datasheets (SDS) are available on request. We also handle export documentation end to end, including the non-dangerous goods transport appraisal for sea freight.
Yes. We provide samples for lab qualification before you commit, so you can verify density, crush strength, and compatibility in your own formulation before placing an order.
